The ‘Reel’ Customer experience: Pilkington Estates

At SW Productions, we are proud to have worked with Jon Pilkington Owner of Pilkington Estates, getting the privilege to film some of the most luxurious homes in the South West of England. 

Our team of experienced videographers, producers, and editors has helped Pilkington Estates bring the beauty and elegance of their properties to life through high-quality video content.

One of our proudest achievements was the production of a video for the historical Chanters House, an outstanding Grade II* Listed house was at the time the largest property on the market in the United Kingdom. This stunning property boasts a rich history and is a true gem of the South West. Our team was able to showcase the history and beauty of Chanters House in a way that justifies its magnificent architecture and grounds.

Another successful project was one of our first projects with Pilkington Estates, creating a video for Frenchman’s Creek, a luxurious property located in the heart of the village of Stoke Fleming. This beautiful home is greeted with glorious views out to sea and is surrounded by the stunning South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our team was able to capture the breathtaking views and award winning architecture of this property, making it easy for potential buyers to imagine themselves living in this scenic location.

In addition to our work on individual properties, we also had the opportunity to work with Pilkington Estates on their most successful advert to date creating an advert with Plymouth Argyle. We came up with a concept ‘There’s two Homes of Football’ that combined the idea of Plymouth Argyle’s Stadium ‘Home Park’ and your Pilkington Estates dream home being the homes of football. Our team was responsible for planning, directing, and producing the advertisement that is now played in front of 17,000 people at every game at Home Park Stadium on their new big screen. This partnership has helped Pilkington Estates reach a wider audience and promote their properties to an engaged and receptive audience.
